The sales representative Jesseca Reed was very helpful and was persistent in trying to solve the problem that we ran into while I was there. She even stayed after hours to try and resolve the issue. Went out of her way to personally call me to let me know if issue was resolved and that if not she would continue today. Very excellent never had any better service than that ever! She went above and beyond.

key went above and beyond to fix my phone, most people would have said they couldn't help or have me call into ATT, BUT she didn't stop until the problem was fixed. Jess was very helpful to my wife while ms key fixed my phone. these ladies teamworked and got us taken care of very professionally
