We stayed for 2 months during a relocation. Wayne is so sweet and accommodating. If you make a reservation a ways out, just give him a quick reminder call as the date gets closer. He'll have everything ready! Nice campground, washer/dryer for 3 per load, pets allowed. I'd recommend.

This is a gravel parking area with all full-time residents. The units are all crammed together in one row. The owner is very nice and did accommodate us on short notice, but it is a real eye sore. There is only one overnight spot,, absolutely no amenities, so we would never stay there again . we were in a 42 foot motorhome,
The absolute best RV spot in Pine Bluff, AR. Couldn’t have found a better spot! Thank you Wayne Deam for being kind and helpful!!!!
Owner gave away all spots without calling and giving an option to prepay or pay for months not there. Now I am scrambling to find a spot for 4 months for work and may have to drive over an hour.
Owner very nice, shade everywhere. Price is very high not to have wi-fi, cable, bath house, pool things you expect for 600.00. Not many choices in area.
