Really poor service, driver left 10,000 worth of equipment at business front door after being told to ring door bell for assistance.

I was at home the delivery driver did not even ring the door bell. He just left a note. I called in less than 20 minutes , Customer service called me back saying the driver would return in about 3 hours would I be home, me yes. THEN at 5:00 I get another email stating tomorrow for delivery. Really when did FedEx get so Sorry.. Very disappointed customer.

I was due to receive a package on 12/13/16. I missed the delivery, a door tag was left to sign and place back on door. I did so the very next morning, about 7:30am. They never came back, but scanned that they did. I knew they hadn't as I had no way to leave my house. The same thing happened the following day and again today. They are telling me that now, I have to wait until Monday, that will be their final attempt. When calling to complain, I smoke to a manager who was exceptionally rude, more or less saying tough luck. Then tells me that I have to sit around here until she calls me with an ETA. I will NEVER use fed ex for ANYTHING EVER. I would rather go snail mail than use their service. I could have picked this package up in a store days ago. Now I have to wait for them to lie a bit more. They have also ruined my holiday as I do not celebrate Christmas. My holiday is on Tuesday. So one of the kids gets their present.... Maybe, everyone else gets to wait. Happy freaking hidays to them. I will from now on strictly use UPS or DHL. Fed Ex sucks.
