It is a great place to ride your horses
This arena is in very decrepit condition. Roof panels blown off, filth everywhere, especially the arena. The area / neighborhood has more closed businesses than open; especially restaurants, like Country Kitchen & Western Sizzlin, which is true all around the city. Go Forward P. B. Fest was held here in an emergency makeshift panic due to flooding & disaster conditions, but VIP eat were metal folding chairs in full hot sun all day @ over 95 degrees. Not a good value despite how much we love the music. They need a much better contingency plan and accurate updates to official info, which was conflicting & erroneous on all 3 websites utilized. Overall festival Grade: 'D' for Disaster, & Ditch iTickets.
