FOUND OUT LADDS EMPLOYEE PLACED THE WRONG PARTS ON MY WASHING MACHINE AND NEVER CAME BACK TO FIX MY ICE MAKER REPLACED IT WITH A TORE OLD ICE MAKER AND I COULD NOT SHUT MY ICE BOX DOOR CALLED THE GUY BACK TO COME GE5 THAT OLD ICE MAKER OUT I COULD NOT GET IT OUT. I LIKED TO HAVE NEVER GOTTEN MY DOOR TO SHUT. MAKE THE LONG STORY SHORT THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND THIER EMPLOYEE IS PLACING OLD PARTS THAT DO NOT GO WITH THE APPLIANCE AND OUR OLD AND TORE UP AND CHARGING ME AS THOUGH THE PART IS NEW. AND I COULD NEVER GET AHOLD OF THEM AND WHEN I DID I STILL HAD TO KEEP CALLING . DONT USE LADDS. UNLESS YOU LIKE . DON'T USE LADDS YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I HAVE USED LADDS FOR ALL MY APPLIANCES! BRAD DID A GREAT JOB. THEY STAY EXTREMELY BUSY. THIS I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH. BRAD WAS PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE AND WENT BEYOND HIS SERVICES TO FIX MY WASHING MACHINE.. RUNS LIKE NEW. HAPPY AND SATISFIED. WILL KEEP USING LADDS!!!
On 9-8-2020 I took my dryer in to have a new belt put on. Mr. Ladd was between jobs and told me he would do it while I waited. While Mr. Ladd was working on my dryer the nice lady answering the phone told me that I had caught him at just the right time because they were on a 1 1/2 week schedule to get things repaired. I am very thankful to Mr. Ladd for taking his time to fix my dryer.
Tech came to repair refrigerator, said nothing was wrong. Called back not even 2 days later because it froze up again. A part was ordered to fix appliance. It has been almost a month and still not repaired. Could not get technician to come back when part came in. He would schedule several times and not show. The woman that answers the office phone was amazing and helpful but the job was never completed. We now have someone else coming to fix it.
