Friendly workers, good prices, great bundle deals, floors are always clear of boxes &/or merchandise to make your shopping so much easier. It doesn't matter if your just a home owner doing your own thing or a contractor doing large jobs;both are treated as if your important. No matter the amount you spend everyone is treated with the same professional service. Great job Lowe's keep up the great job stay safe blessed be & don't forget your mask

Only one register open with almost a dozen people in line. The store is filthy. The power tools are all in disarray. The demos are trashed and filthy. The men's room has water and whatever standing in the floor and running out from under the door into the hallway. It's like a restroom at one of those filthy roadside gas stations in the inner city.

There weren't people available for assistance on any of the assigned departments. In the bathroom department, after 15 minutes of looking for someone, a kind young man on his way to break stopped to help me. Then, in the flooring department, after pushing the assistance button 7 times (approx 10minutes) and asking someone from another dept for help, two young ladies came over from gardening to try and assist. They were not able to completely help because they didn't know how to measure the vinyl so, they had to call for help. We waited an additional 10minutes, no one showed up, I got tired of the waiting and searching for assistance game, thanked the young ladies for trying, and left the store. I'd rather drive 25minutes to the nearest Home Depot where there's readily available assistance than to search and wait a minimum of 10minutes for associations that actually work in each department. Lowe's, you need more staff for your customers.

Too slow. Too hard to get product assistance. Needs to hire more knowledgeable people who are willing to help.

I had to make my own key at a kiosk, and when we went to check out, that they had no bags. I had to literally carry all of my items out by myself.
