got an inhaler from here a few months ago, good visit got what i needed. a few months later my doctor goes on vacation so i call these guys to get another one, they tell me they dont do inhaler prescriptions...i told them but i just got one a few months ago? they then tell me oh wait...we dont do refills on prescriptions. cant even get their lies straight

I’ve been waiting on the phone for about 20 minutes just to get registered. And i tried to call back just to see if they forgot about me. But nope they put me right back on hold. So i just left. I only came here because I read the reviews on how fast the service was. I understand COVID 19 Safety but it’s only 4 cars in the parking lot other than mine. I won’t be back.

Bad experience for me. Walked in with a mask on. Was rudely sent to parking lot to call in. Call and put on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. Walk back in and the lady was rude the second time. I won't come back!!!!

Provider at Pine Bluff, AR, location refused to treat sinus infection symptoms because they were similar to COVID symptoms and could not determine between the two without test results. I am an RA patient with compromised immune system, so symptoms will worsen without treatment. I also have a history of sinus infections that have previously been treated at this MedExpress location. Redix, Merkessie NP was the provider, tho I never saw this person.
