The Pine Bluff post office doesn't even deserve one star. The passport clerk is extremely rude, CUT ME OFF WHILE I WAS SPEAKING MULTIPLE TIMES, and the place is very poorly managed. I made a passport appointment over a week ago for my minor child. Both parents must be present. My child's father and I both made arrangements to take off work for the appointment and each of us would drive over 2 hours (ONE-WAY) to make it to the post office for their last available appointment, as Pine Bluff is the halfway point between us. THE POST OFFICE CALLED ME TODAY, LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE, TO TELL ME THAT THE PASSPORT CLERK IS TAKING VACATION TOMORROW (HOLIDAY WEEKEND) AND I WOULD NEED TO RESCHEDULE FOR AFTER NEXT WEDNESDAY. I am disgusted. The passport clerk's whim to take the day off trumps my appointment that has been on their books for a week?!? I made significant efforts to coordinate things on my side to be there on time... and it's just cancelled. Meanwhile, I still need a passport for my kid and will have to try to get the stars to align again and get us all in the same place at the same time during the work/school week. TOTAL BS.

Never pickup mail on time and misplaced my outgoing mail have to pay late fees for my bills due.Today they delivered the mail but did not pickup my out going mail USPS future is dark with this type of service. No wonder why UPS & Fedex is so successful company.
