I'm standing in line now because a cashier's in the pharmacy is to busy looking at a customer photos in her phone.vanishi is very unconcern towards customer service.
The lines are always long and the wait time to get your prescription is alot longer. When you get an alert by text or email it ALWAYS says your prescription is ready but when you get there it is not ready. Very dissatisfied in the over all quality of service and i will be shopping for a new drugstore

Abysmal. Truly abysmal. I refill my prescriptions online and pick them up 24 hours later, but THREE TIMES now, the pharmacy has failed to get the order to refill them. What's the point of having online ordering if you don't fulfill it?? Then I wait over an hour in the drive through only to have you refuse to fill it while I wait? You spent 20 minutes each serving all 6 cars in front of me, but you refuse to do the same for me? Get back in line?? No thanks. You guys are suffering these bad reviews due to your own greed. You should not have closed down the store on Harding Avenue. You don't have the staff or the room to serve the population here quickly and efficiently with one store. FIX YOUR ONLINE REFILL COMMUNICATION PROBLEM.
