They sold us the incorrect mortar to match our house. My brick mason had to make a trip there to get the correct product. They would not work with us to correct the mistake saying the product we purchased was a final sale even though we were not made aware of that when we purchased it nor was it written anywhere on the receipt. Buyer beware they will not assist you in making the correct choices, or show you all the choices. But they will blame you after you have been mislead.

Did not feel that this company is the right choice as i was not very happy with the experience i had with this company in all from the beginning. Beware and do your research as i am very dissatisfied on the company performance and how they treat there customer. Will go elsewhere next time word of mouth.

Well run brick company. Staff is always polite and helpful. Seem quicker in the yard then General Shale around the corner.
