Fantastic online experience. Website is easy to navigate. I ordered when there was a slight "rush" on silver but the staff kept me very informed of the status of my order. Packaging was incredible! No way that silver was getting out on its own! Thanks for the excellent service! Look forward to seeing the brick and mortar store one day!

This place is selling silver it does not have possession of on eBay to take advantage of inflated prices. I paid well over spot for quick delivery and was told 24 hours after payment was sent I was going to have to wait 5-10 business days for shipment. Unacceptable. It’s businesses that operate like this that screw with physical prices. These people are dishonest avoid.

Over a month ago I purchased 8 Silver Eagles. A month later, I still don't have a ship date & I need to contact my bank to get customer service from this business. Why does it take over a month to ship in-stock products? Poor customer service, atrocious shipping speed, overpriced. All around terrible option when there are so many shops that will ship your order in a week or less. Go elsewhere.
