No one knows what this place is UNTIL THEY GET THE BILL! Pretty sad. I left Moore regional all paid up, or so I thought. A few months later, I get a bill saying that I owe them 750 for services received. Isn't that special? They were unwilling to provide me with an itemized bill or work with me on the bill. Therefore, I am unwilling to pay the bill. It's not unreasonable to be given a detailed explanation. Especially for a large bill. Good luck to anyone that finds themselves weaved in their web.

All reviews listed are 100% accurate in terms of my experience as well. They ran every test possible, all of which were ran at my OB a week prior with a NORMAL result. Did not discuss any treatment prior to moving forward. Did swabs/labs without consent. When you try to give them a call to ask any questions, if you get through, they are not helpful. Goes to a Voicemail most of the time. Billing is separate from actual office and actual office states they have no control over billing.

This scam of a company has the most shady billing practices known to man. They are unwilling to work with the patient or their insurance and bill for the most unnecessary treatments and over bill in addition to that. First Health Moore Regional Should be ashamed they contract out there ER physicians to this despicable company. When you go to an In-Network hospital you shouldn't be given out of network doctors you have no control over. We have been fighting this company for years over there abysmal business practices. It doesn't get any worse than what this company stands for.

Avoid going to any facility that uses these folks, like Moore Regional. Sandhills Emergency Physicians billing is unreasonable and unwilling to work with individuals or insurance companies. Insanely high bills, no explanation, no itemized bill, no help from customer service, they don't accept negotiated discount through insurance. This horrible experience is dragging on and on, next time I will gladly drive further and use a different hospital just so I don't have to go through this again. *edit* They can't even tell me how they calculated the bill. This is a bill for 833.- for a doctor we saw maybe a total of 10 minutes, checked my son's vitals, diagnosed Croup and gave him a breathing treatment. I have already paid the hospital over 700.- for this visit, which is what I owed after insurance. I asked for an itemized statement for the physician bill, but they won't even do that! It makes me sick.
