Avoid this store! If it were only the Sears of 20 years ago, that sold reliable products. Their name is worthless now. We purchased a Kenmore refrigerator 3 years ago. We were told it is 'top of the line' and would last forever, but it didn't. It died after 3 years! It was at this point that we found out how many of these 'top of the line' refrigerators were dying....all of them. But yet these salesmen keep on pushing the product knowing that there is a problem. Fortunately, the parts that died were under warranty. Too bad sears only has 2 technicians for the entire Charlotte area. So yeah, good luck getting an appointment. Took A MONTH before a technician could come verify what we already knew. So he ordered parts, and well, it took another 5 WEEKS before he could come install them. Whatever you do, avoid SEARS altogether. Your time will be better spent going to 10 other stores than having to deal with the issues that Sears causes.

Store is closing. Very few items left. The prices are also hiked up to appear like a deal. Lots of appliances left and there may be a good deal there. Sign says 10 more days on 12/28
I don't know what is happening to Sears. I refuse to buy any home equipment like blower. Had to change my 3 times because they would not start. They gave a hassle to change it. I kept telling the reps something is wrong with the model I had. They should have a recall on them. Another cust came in at the same time I was telling the rep about the trouble I was having she was having the same problem. Not being able to start the blower. Not a good experience at all. The quality has gone down that I will not buy there again. I was there to pay a bill and the rep that took care of my wife seemed he did not want to be there. Not a smile! Not even a thank you for coming to Sears. What is going on with this company? I've been a customer of Sears since I was 18 years old I am now 67. They just lost a customer who has spent thousands and thousands of dollars. They can check that for verification if need be. So sad
Love this store. Bought a lot of different items. Enjoyable experience. Shop and support . Sears has been in business a long time.

I didn't realize that the Carolina Mall location was still open. I was fortunate to have Gemini help me to compare washing machines. Who knew there were so many differences? My washer died this week from a power surge. Who knew that these new fangled appliances need surge protectors. delivery is expected on Monday.
Store is closing at end of year. The prices aren't the best for going out of business at this time. May get better as the closing date gets closer.
