Lucy custom made my wedding dress earlier this year and tailored a handmade ball gown at the very last minute before a ball I went to last month. Total strangers went out of their way to compliment my dress, and my wedding dress was exactly what I had asked for - plus Lucy is always very honest with people about how to make something flattering or comfortable. She also puts pockets in her dresses, which is always a win, haha. I’ve always had great experiences here and wish I had more occasions to dress up for every time I go to her shop :)

The prettiest dresses were in the window display. I was greeted nicely but then offered no help after I had been browsing. The selection was fairly minimal for what I would expect of a formal dress shop.

Bad experience ever!!! Worst customer service, very expensive, the owner Lucy do not know how to be a business person, she doesn't know how to treat a customer, she has no idea what business mean to a customer. Lucy and her Mom are very argumentative with customers and they don't know how to handle a client the right way. The think that they are always right at any bad situation. We will never want to go back there again! We had an issue with my niece's gown and they weren't willing to solve it, all they wanted was more money but that's not the worst, the worst thing is the way they treat customers. Lucy and the Mom are like mother like daughter. MAKE BUSINESS WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. TOO BAD YOU CANNOT GIVE THEM 0 STARS TO THEIR BUSINESS. She is always trying to explain something making her look always good and right when in reality she is not!!!! Be aware!!! Replying to you message Go ahead the one that lied to us then, it was you!

Her designs are one of a kind and always stunning. She has designed mine dresses for all Winter Formals and Proms! You are definitely missing out if you haven’t gone to Pink E!

Oh. My. God! These dresses are beyond beautiful! Great customer service, the staff are extremely helpful and patient while you find your perfect dress. Will not try to sell you on the most expensive one, they encourage you to buy what’s best for you. I bought my prom dress here and I am ecstatic. Amazing overall. Will be coming here again for any formal attire.

My sister and myself have had the privilege of purchasing dresses from this fabulous boutique, not once but several times. My youngest sister is preparing to have her sweet sixteen and we will also be purchasing the dresses from Pink-E boutique. The manager Lucy went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. Lucy made me feel beautiful and went the extra mile to make the dress fit me to my shape structure. I highly recommend pink-E Boutique for every teenager out there. Thank you Lucy for making my sister and I look beautiful through your creations and your great service. She was so kind that she knew I was very busy with sports that she came to my practice to get my measurements because she knew my mom was sick and unable to take me.
