Thank you so much for all the help today ladies! I'm definitely not the typical Lilly wearer but y'all made me feel right at home and comfortable. I walked in lost and discouraged and they went straight to work picking out clothes for me! Thank you for making me feel confident in something I never would've even glanced at. Owner went out of her way to call me when an online order I placed couldn't be completely filled (I selected a highly popular print in a size that moves FAST). She offered a comparable replacement to make sure that I would still be happy with my order. She said she spent hours calling around trying to find a replacement item before even calling me, which was so sweet. Really appreciate the level of customer service ! :)

I went in today for the "Devine Day Out" event. As soon as I walked in, the owner (which I knew was her because I followed their page on IG but after today I unfollowed) looked dead in my face and walked off. I guess they dont like African American women In their stores because of the horror stories that they may have read online or even the stereotypes that they put us in, but everyone is not the same. When I walked toward the back of the store, another older woman spoke briefly but I guess she was either nervous or afraid of me being in there. I can spend as much money as you Karens do on a daily basis. You post people of color on your IG posts, but when a person of color is in the store, they mean nothing to you. Since it's more Caucasian women who would be on your side with the "wonderful experiences" they had more that I would, just know that I won't visit again just to make you feel safe in your little bubble...

Pink Sorbet is such a beautiful store! The selection of merchandise is incredible and the staff are extremely kind and helpful! The first time I went to PS I was so amazed by how compassionate all the employees were! They were so friendly and knowledgeable about all the products and they helped me find the perfect outfit for my event! It is truly refreshing to have such a positive shopping experience! I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my Lilly!

I went to Pink Sorbet to shop before college and all the women at the store were so excited to help me shop. They were all super helpful and brought me pieces they thought I would like. They asked me about my style and most of the items I ended up buying were pulled by an employee. Overall great customer service and experience. Can't wait to shop there again!!
