Our household has been using pinnacle for 5 years. They have a membership program where they log a credit card on file and give you a bag that identifies your laundry. Our loads are always done on time and we have never had any problems. They replace missing buttons and do any alterations as well. I had 2 dresses altered and they came out perfect.Hubby has lost several shirt buttons. Our items always come back perfectly. Also, even when I was sick and months went bye without us picking up, there was no issue. Pinnacle simply kept the items till we came back. Galina is awesome and we are really glad we found this place.

I have always received excellent customer service here. They know their customers by name (and sometimes by car!) your cleaning will be out on the rack by the time you walk in, it’s great. Great quality cleaning and top notch family atmosphere.
