My husband and I are Board members in our Condominium Association. Recently we asked Pinnacle Paving to reseal our 36-unit alleyway. They did a great job and it looks great. They also put striping in for our parking areas. Kent was awesome to work with. All of our residents stayed off of it until dry (24 hours). However, early in the morning we discovered that the newspaper carrier drove on it although there were plenty of barricades and made some major groves in it. Pinnacle was so kind in coming back to repair it for us. They are awesome. Their prices also were a couple of hundred dollars less than their competitors. Good job Pinnacle!

Pinnacle Paving did a greta job at one of my communities in Chandler. The Board and residents are pleased! Easy to work with and great end product. Kent Jansen delivers excellent customer service and quick response to all inquires. Definitely recommend this service to others!
I recently used Pinnacle Paving, Inc. for one of my community's I currently manage for an asphalt project. Kent went the extra mile to provide me with City contact personnel information instead of me digging and researching permit and parking information, he was also available to attend a Zoom board meeting to do some Q&A's, he is quick to respond to emails and phone calls and is very informative and knowledgeable of Pinnacle Paving products and services. Kent was so helpful with a paving project for one of my properties. He provided helpful feedback and information to the board, attended a board meeting to answer questions and was willing to help anytime. As a manager, it is so refreshing to know that you can rely on a company to perform quality work, have fast response times and the utmost professionalism.

We use Pinnacle Paving for condo associations in Sun City. They are always professional and courteous. As most know, big projects usually have a few hiccups - Pinnacle always helps us work through them and will always go back and address any issues that arise.
