We called to have them fuel our equipment after hours and they complained. We understood there would be overtime fees, and when they showed up on a 2 -3 hour window, the driver got tired of waiting and left. He knew the equipment was not yet there. We called him back to let him know we were ready and he said he would come back Monday. What kind of customer service is that?

Worst customer service ever! They make appointments and we move our schedule to accommodate. Then call on the day of appt to say that they didn’t receive an application in time. Even though THEY called to confirm!! We are two hours away. Use someone else. Don’t waste your time with this shady practice.
