I work for Waste Management in our landfill division. Pioneer Scale has taken great care of us for over 10 years. My company requires our scales to be calibrated each quarter and Pioneer always accommodates our busy schedule. Our scales get a tremendous work out daily and Pioneer scales are tough and durable. Whenever we have any problems they respond right away with great professionalism. Their products and level of customer service is the best in this business.

Pioneer Scales is a great company. They are very responsive, knowledgeable and work very hard to get the job done.
Beware watch your invoice closely for many hidden costs. I am in shock at the hidden and BS charges this company put on my invoice. A 70.00 part cost me 798.31. Watch your invoice if you dare do business with this company!!!!!!!!!!
