I have a small MIG welder and was told by the manufacturer that I could order replacement parts through Pipeline supply as they are one of their suppliers. I called the local office and was told I needed to contact the corporate office. I called the number I was given and was told I needed to speak to sales and was transferred. When the guy in sales picked up he said they didn't know anything about welders and that I could try to email someone else in the company. Ended up going to another supplier in town and they ordered the parts I needed.
Kinda slow sometimes, but they usually have the right stuff.
