We worked with Robin. He was one of the most helpful salesmen and least pushy after visiting several dealers. He was knowledgeable on the camper and got us the best price out of anywhere we looked by far. The reason I am leaving 3 stars is because of the overall process. We put a deposit on the camper and scheduled out for a week later to pick up. Well after an exciting week and driving an hour to Piqua to take delivery, it was quite disappointing. I did not have high expectations to begin with, but still quite disappointing. I would have expected, at the very least, that after having to wait a week to pick up, the camper wouldve been at least wiped down. I wasn't expecting a full detail (although that seems reasonable) the trailer looked the exact same as the last time we walked through it. We were told the trailer was plugged in and ready to go. After finalizing paperwork, we went to the delivery area where the trailer was no where to be found. We watched them go to the spot we left it a week ago and bring it over to us. So overall, not a bad experience. Great price and selection. But still more disappointing than expected for a large corporate RV dealership. It seemed like no one was on the same page and couldn't even attempt to fake it.

The whole team went above and beyond to ensure that we were thrilled with our purchase, even staying late on a Saturday to prep our camper to take home same day. Tim Martin is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic sales rep, and the team that taught us about our new camper took care and extra time to make sure we were comfortable with all systems. We had lots of lot options, but I’m super glad we chose this store!
Great experience! I needed to sell or consign my \like new\ camper. I contacted every RV dealer in the area. Camping World Piqua immediately contacted me, told how much they would pay me either with direct sale or consignment. (pending inspection of course). This offer was about 2500 more than other dealers were offering late last summer) If I waited on a consignment sale it would have been more. I choose direct sale. Communication was good. Calls and emails always returned. When I took in the camper, their the staff were all helpful. (\u003e4 people helped set it up!). The manager came out...did a quick look around and said...\We're good!\ That was it my friends. We went inside and in 15 minutes the paperwork is done. I had dealt a little bit in the past with Sherry RV and it was a good experience. I am told that Camping World has retained almost all of the Sherry Rv staff. So I was happy to deal with these folks and will certainly be a good Camping World to consider.
Dave Kasler is an amazing salesman! After a frustrating experience looking for a new camper, we went to Paul Sherry and met Dave. He listened to what we were looking for and they showed us stuff we didn’t know was available. We ended up getting us a great deal on a fantastic camper! They also have a very knowledgeable staff, Ryan gave a a great walk through explaining every detail about the camper and answering all of our questions. I just can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had at Paul Sherry RV.
We worked with Matt Jones and had an excellent experience. We traded our fifth wheel for a Class C. Matt was great to work with and prompt in returning calls/emails. From initial inquiry to picking up our new camper it all took less than a week with much of it being handled electronically with the current restrictions we're living under. We couldn't camp but we did set up in the driveway when we got home and \pretended\. While we won't be buying a new RV anytime soon, I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is.
