I understand that this is a local business and I'm here to support it I get their food all the time however the lack of social distancing inside the store when I arrive this morning was insane. there were at least 15 to 20 people crammed inside the store for no more than one to two feet apart from each other and I was not very comfortable stepping inside. Please address this issue as it is not acceptable.

Went this morning with my roommate and we were both unimpressed. She got a bagel with cream cheese and I got a bacon egg and cheese on a garlic bagel. I asked for butter on mine but I didn’t get any and the sandwich just lacked flavor. We both got packs of homemade cookies, hers had mold and both were hard and stale. It’s a shame because we just moved to the area and live only five minutes away but I doubt we will be back.

This has been one of my favorite local places to eat, and I've enjoyed it a lot for the past few years. As of recent though their quality is greatly declining and im sure covid is partly to blame. With that said, sometimes the food doesn't even come fully cooked or will be over cooked. They forget things, or simply don't have staff who can even understand an English speaker over the phone. I went in there the other day and 2 staff members weren't even wearing masks. Really upsetting to see this place decline.
