I agree with previous posters, DO NOT sign the credit card authorization form. I brought my JCB to Hoffman for repair and they charged me additionally for repairs for an issue they admittedly caused while repairing the original items I brought the machine in for. Once I got my machine back (after paying for all the repairs), it leaked all over my customers yard on the first job I used it on. I contacted Hoffman to inform them that the machine was still leaking fluid. They came out, looked at the machine, said it would be better off if I fixed it myself and then charged my credit card for a service call without informing me first. This company can't be trusted to do the proper repairs, stand behind their work, and can't be trusted to have your credit card on file. UPDATE: After I posted this, Hoffman responded to my post by telling me to call the office to discuss the issue. I called and they put me in contact with a manager. The manager finally returned my call after a couple weeks of trying to get in contact with him,. He said he said it sounded like my concern was warranted and he would look into it an get back to me. That was several months ago, and to this day he has not gotten back to me or responded to my e-mails. This seems to be par for the course with this company, even the management.

Stay away from this company They took my 3000 deposit I’ve been contacting this company for years no answer and I just get a hold of the Vice President (( Mike Anderson )) so I was so happy that finally the Vice President now knows about it and he said he will look into it and call me back and it’s already been like 2 months now and he doesn’t even answer the phone .
