Originally when we scheduled a tour, we knocked on the locked office door and no one answered. We had to wait and repeatedly call until they answered and said they didn’t have a tour scheduled. We would also get different answers to questions depending on which manager was in. Communication is very difficult here! We ended up applying for an upstairs unit. We got a downstairs unit without them even telling us, and they said there was no upstairs available even though their website said there was. Several maintenance problems upon move-in that haven’t been fixed. In a downstairs unit, you can hear the people upstairs INSANELY loud walking around. The people upstairs from us also have dogs that run back and forth and it sounds like constant thumping. I reported this to management with video proof of how obnoxious it is and they ignored my email. They really need to redo their floors.. The photos on google and on their website are NOT what the apartment actually looks like. Saw another review about a leaking window - I have that too and reported it to maintenance but they said that’s normal and nothing they can do. Also had an infestation of spider crickets! It’s a fine area and nice neighbors, but the constant noise from upstairs has driven us insane and woken us up at 5 in the morning so we will not be renewing the lease.

Absolutely great area to live just not at this complex. Maintenance doesn’t get anything done our neighbor had their dryer broken for 6 months and they never came out to fix it. They will do everything to keep your security deposit. But pitman is a beautiful area.

Maintenance is HORRIBLE! Water leaks in through the window when it rains, and I have to unplug my computer, and there response is put plastic over the computer so that it does not get wet!! They've also stated there is only 1 maintenance person for the complex! Rent is HIGH

I had a scheduled tour today, November 9th, at 1pm and unfortunately I did not have the privilege of seeing the inside of Holly Court apartment homes. I arrived early waiting in the parking lot... when I went to the leasing office door,(locked) there was a sign on the door stating the office went to lunch and will be back at 1:15pm! ..i didnt even get a courtesy call. As a benefit of a doubt, I waited... once 1:15 came around, I called the office and was transferred to a gentleman(answering service off site). I informed him of my issue and he stated that he will call the ladies who went to lunch. I was also informed that the leasing office staff will call me shortly to apologize and see me right away with a call... well it is now 3:25pm and I have NOT received ANY phone call back. Holly Court, this is NOT a good first impression.
