This is an absolute haven for these beautiful animals that have been rescued from unfortunate situations. The staff and volunteers are exceptional and have a genuine love for these animals that warms my heart. I absolutely LOVE the amazing work that is done and plan to support them as often as I can.

What a special place. A place for wild cats to go safely after being rescued. Thank you for letting us learn more and help support Carolina Tiger Rescue!

I've been here a few times. I've brought people from other states and other countries to visit. I try to donate when I can to help them. Just a all around great thing they do. Highly recommend taking kids and adults.

Lisa was both educational and entertaining as our tour guide. She is knowledgeable about every feline in the sanctuary and provided facts about the beautiful endangered felines throughout the tour. The trail is what you would expect through a wooded area and we were warned about uneven areas and fire ants. We experienced light to moderate rain for about an hour and Lisa did her absolute best to ensure everyone in the group (about 10 of us) could all hear her as the rain poured overhead. We were happy to see the rain did not keep all the Lions, tigers, servals and leopards away. A few preferred their dry houses but most came out to say hello and enjoy the attention of visitors. It's obvious how much the volunteers here love the animals and how well cared for they are. The little gift shop was nice and it was fun to hear how the tigers paint and their artwork is sold here. The tour was approximately 90 minutes and we saw probably 25% of the animals and property they live on. If you become a member of the rescue you are able to see the rest of the animals not \on tour\ and have the opportunity to get trained and have more unique interactions. Definitely worth checking out and if it's something near and dear to your heart, absolutely worth investing your time and money in.

This is real animals rescue century not research or breading center. It's not only tiger but other rescue animals like lions, cougar, serval, leopard, bobcats etc. are also there. Majority helps are volunteers. Very close to town like Cary, Apex or Pittsboro.
