The service I have received from this company is appalling. After my recovery I will be taking the issues to their corporate office. My great notes hopefully will help train people on how to be kind and caring and give outstanding customer service. I only get attitude from them. I do not recommend this company. My first complaint is the portable oxygen tank they gave to leave the hospital with. Well, 10 minutes down the road it started beeping which meant no charge. I called Home Medical and was told there was an adapter, but nope no adapter. If you want constant drama use this company.

My son attending Pitt, needed attention for a severe ear infection. He checked in. He was escorted to an exam room. After waiting for a ridiculously long time, and no one checking in or attending to him, he chose to leave the facility. He was not seen! Period. But we did however, get a large bill from them. When they were asked about the bill, they said, “it didn’t matter if he was seen or not, if he checked in, we would be billed”. Craziest thing I have ever heard of. I would not entrust my family to this facility for any reason.

Rude. Called about getting a mask and supplies. Person on the phone was extremely rude. Stayed I had to have a scrip to be able to purchase, you don’t have to have a scrip for hoses or mask. After I told her thank you she slammed the phone down.
