I'm a very loyal customer, never late on any payments. So when I was told that I could come in and add a cable package for no cost today, I was thrilled. You know, having kids to entertain while doing housework helps! I was told that If i drive into town (8miles with all my kids) and bring in my current streaming player, I could trade it in for a cable, no deposit. Great! So tell me why I got my kids out and wasted time and gas just to be told I needed a 50 deposit today! Ugh! I'm not happy!!!
Customer service is horrible. We have had a downed line due to the current weather. They will NOT classify it as an outage unless their “system” seems it as down. Otherwise, you get an appointment a week down the road, and until then you are SOL. Will be searching for a new service provider ASAP.
Exemplary service! I needed help getting a land line and TV set up for my elderly father who lives in Pittsburg, but I am out of state. JUSTIN was such a great help - always around to take my calls and assure me that things would be taken care of! He went above and beyond to help out my dad who is not very tech savvy.
I have been a customer of cox for 28 years. I have been calling them for two weeks and I got put on elevator music for over two hours everytime. There answering service socks. I can't get no one to answer there phone. I am about to go somewhere else. Cox needs to put live person to answer their dam phones. They have went downhill.
