They have really good employees. And what I mean by that is I went in for a rental car and I was out in like 10 minutes. They were really nice especially when I switched to a bigger car than the one I reserved.

I was planning my trip for months. We needed a rental to get to the Amtrak station. Our train departed at 7:28, and the Enterprise drop off location didn't open until 7:30. I called to make sure I could drop our car off before they opened, and they assured me I could leave the car and drop the keys off. We got there two hours early only to find the lot was blocked off, and there was no key box. I drove to two other locations to the same situation. We finally got to the point where we had 20 minutes before our train departed, so I called an Uber and asked a gas station manager across the street from an Enterprise location if I could leave the keys with him. He asked me to park the car on the side of the road. At this point, I was panicking as missing our bus would ruin our entire trip. I backed out and hit the rear view mirror of a gentleman behind me. Had the initial Enterprise employee been honest about the key drop off box, I would have made other arrangements, thus avoiding all this unnecessary stress. When I spoke with a supervisor, they said they would not work with me on the damages.
Quick and easy to rent a car with. Car was clean and drove great for my trip. I was given an upgrade as well for free. When i needed to keep car an extra day, it was no problem. Great service. Will return.
I had a very nice experience and the vehicle was very nice and clean all around wouldn't be afraid to use this service again!!
