GB has always been courteous and prompt in dealing with me. For instance, I went grocery shopping with my debit card after renewing it. The card came up inactive. I went back to the bank to see what had happened. They greeted me with a smile and immediately began checking on it. When they felt the issue was resolved, I was directed to an ATM inside the lobby to test the card for myself. As soon as I had verified the card was active, GB approached me to make sure all had gone well. Thanks GB for such personal care!
