I'm not too happy with their service department. I purchased two key fobs (none remote start) and was charge 150 per key. With my two keys and a program fee, my bill was almost 400. Later I looked online and seen the same exact key for 60 each.

The best experience I have ever had at a dealership service department. From the front desk to the technicians, all the way through to the billing department I have never been so impressed. Being a technician by trade, my expectations are set high and they exceeded them. If I have anymore warranty work they have won my business. Thank you.

Changed my review from a 3 to a 1 im very upset that my car is even worse then what i brought it in with i knew that was going to happen as soon as i brought it in AVOID AND GO TO JOPLIN! The guy who worked on my car doesnt even know how to bleed a clutch properly my clutch loses pressure of about 30-40 minutes of the car sitting. They did a horrible job!

Great guys clean shop, men's room was dirty, but happy overall. Honestly keeping a potty clean in a car shop would be difficult for any shop owner!
