Grandparents have been dealing with you and your service and have been without hot water for over 2 weeks now. It's my understanding you have the part but you won't repair their water heater until the 19th. Is this how you run your business? Making 2 elderly people go without hot water for a MONTH?!?!

The service man made efforts to save me money but my only options were 1000 estimated repair (replace two major parts because he didn't know which one was at fault) or buy a new machine. He was very nice but didn't have diagnostic skills to repair a tread machine. Appointment was timely and he tried to give me helpful advice.
