If I could give 0 stars I would for lack of consistent process! My wife travels with me quite often and because she did not have a CDL but had all other required PPE was not aloud in at alll and had to wait at the guard shack in the cold outside at 5:30am. When I got inside I was able to tie down and tarp with Tennis shoes on! What in the hell was the purpose of having my wife wait in the cold when you do not hold the same standards inside the plant. That is discrimination at its finest right there! Never again, will someone disrespect my wife like that, you should be ashamed!
