Top Notch! Recommend!!!! Caliente ranks high on satisfaction every time. Food & service are quality! Customer service goes above & beyond; they are friendly and helpful. The food is consistent & they have gone out of their way to correct any mistakes, no matter how big or small. Impressive all the way around! I will continue to be a loyal customer.

This review is mixed. We have friends that like caliente’s but complain about the inconsistent pizza and service. We decided to give it a shot and found our experience to be the same. They advertise a lot and have won the best pizza competition and the menu is ridiculous with options. I was excited. We ordered two pizzas and round cheese, Detroit style, and hush puppies. I picked up because they don’t deliver to where I live. The Detroit style is the bomb. I give this a 5 ️. The crust was good and crunch, the sauce had a nice sweetness to it, I’m still telling people about this pizza days later. Our round was also very good. I honestly can’t complain about the taste but as you can see from the pictures it’s missing some cheese. And it appears to have been baked that way. I’m not an expert on making pizza, just an expert eater. This was frustrating because I didn’t pick up on that until I got home. I included a picture. The hush puppies were a nice touch too. You get tired of wings - try these. Very good. Staff was nice and friendly. Will I try it again? Yeah. Mostly because of the Detroit style. I’m hoping for a better round 2.
The food was delicious. The service was also good. The only downside is parking- on-street only. I would recommend this restaurant to those who likes pizza and beer. Grandma pies are great!

I usually don't do the bad review thing, but after two disappointing to- go orders I had to. We went to get our pick-up order. Called to let them know we were there but it took over 5 minutes to get a human. She said she was very busy and it would take another 5 minutes to get it out to us. 10 minutes past so my husband went in to get it. Apparently there were many unhappy to-go order folks waiting. The kicker - the staff was busy socializing with the regulars instead of dealing with the to-go traffic jam. We finally got our food..it was cold. No apology for the extensive wait. Their pizza isn't cheap. I know restaurants are struggling but many other local places are busy AND STILL offer amazing customer service and food ready when promised. We are done with this place. Plenty of other local places to frequent.
