I’m so happy with my custom made orthotics, and if they need adjusted they are more than happy to accommodate. I’m so impressed with the customer service and how this business treats people. During the pandemic, they are making sure everyone is safe by following all the guidelines and explaining what to expect before you even come for your appointment. It’s difficult for small business right now, and this one deserves our support.

I have one leg shorter than the other and upon moving to Pittsburgh my orthopedic doctor immediately recommended Colazzi Pedortthic and I'm so glad he did. They do a great job putting a lift on my shoe but not only that- they have been able to do it on more shoes than my previous provider and at a much more reasonable price. They are creative and hard working- eager to provide the client with whatever they need. Everyone I've interacted with in the office has been warm and kind. I can't recommend them enough.

I traveled about an 1-1/2 hour to get there, really as an interview on my part to see if they could help me in the future. They were helpful to me. The bad part is that they don't return phone calls. The follow-up is terrible. We're trying to see if my insurance will cover another pair of orthotics since I got a pair from another place that wasn't suitable and that place made no attempt to make them better. Customer service is everything in business. There is never any reason not to return a phone call. We are trying to support the business.

antiquated. did not support the product they sold me when it fell apart. unhelpful. would have been better off just ordering from Amazon. inflated price. charged my insurance 650, and told me they wouldn't charge me more than 300 if my insurance didn't cover the boot. i went to the manufacturer website and Amazon and both had it cheaper than what they charged me. they lost my payment check that was sent directly from the bank (for the faulty and overpriced product) then sent me a nasty letter threatening me with collections. and the inserts they made for me are painful and too big for my shoes. the lady's response was \buy bigger shoes.\ do not patronize this place.
