I also was a disappointed customer this Valentine’s Day. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries on Thursday for Friday pickup. I went on Friday to pick them up and was told that they weren’t ready and that they’d be ready Saturday but to call first (they have my phone number written down from when I ordered). On Saturday I called and they still weren’t ready, apparently a “machine” was broken, but order would hopefully be ready the following day (Valentine’s Day). Today is Thursday, it just dawned on me that I never got my strawberries. Even if they couldn’t fulfill the order due to machinery, how about a phone call??? Terrible customer service!!

My boyfriend ordered chocolate covered strawberries on the Wednesday before Valentine’s Day. He was informed he would receive a call on Saturday (day before Valentine’s Day). It is now Wednesday of the next week and he hasn’t heard anything. Very disappointed.
I love their chocolate. I think it is every bit as good as \Sarris\. I like to support local businesses
