Great service from Laura, Moe, and staff. Was extremely impressed with their craftsmanship- their long experience shows. Communication could have been better, and the project did take longer than expected. They seemed very busy with commercial projects, which is a great sign. However, it should be in their policy to be more upfront about that to those with one-off commissions. Additionally, it would have been nice seeing a pricing sheet (ex. hours, etc.) than just provided with an arbitrary number, especially for a first time buyer. Thanks again.

I was in today inquiring about a particular fabric- a fabric I had no hesitations on ordering. The associate was extremely rude. I was informed rudely that the samples were in numerical order, meaning I should return it to it's proper place because she has to do the inventory. She also came off as demeaning when I informed her that I was doing my own upholstery as if I was incapable. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Get the Gene Sanes experience..... These guys are top notch. I've worked with a handful of other upholsterers in the past bet these guys are the real deal. I will not go anywhere else. Fast quotes, good pricing, and excellent quality. You will not be disappointed!!!

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience. It took us 2 months for a single chair to get reupholstered. That coupled with less than stellar service has dissuaded us from going back. Also 250 for a single chair cushion and a varnish. I feel like I got taken for a bit of a ride. Upside: Chair looks good.
