I just built this Wrangler in 2 weeks ago, picked up by last Saturday and today I come back for some parts upgrade. Everybody is really professional and friendly, you will get your favorite car out the door with best deal. They are not just making money they are really care about the customers. I’ll recommend this place to all my friends. Can’t miss it. (The best part about this place is they WASH MY CAR every single time and never charge me.) Trust me they are doing really good job.

My husband and I went up Thursday 2-18-2021 and purchased a Jeep Rubicon from Justine she was the best salesperson ever she treated you like you have been best friends for years! We had to keep on the Finance Department because they kept making mistakes on the papers. The Service Department still had to work on the Jeep and the Detail Department had to Detail it so we scheduled another appointment to come back on Friday 2-19-2021 at 5:00pm to pick it up. When we arrived on Friday they still hadn't had it detailed and we had to wait over an hour. Finally when it was ready Justine helped set my phone up to the radio and helped install our carseats for our kids she truly is wonderful! But on our hour and a half drive home the caliber was hung up and the rotor was so red it was almost on fire. So we were on the phone all day Saturday 2-20-2021 trying to get it fixed. They wanted us to drive it up there or have someone bring a rental and take the Jeep to get fixed. First off you can't drive it the way it is. So after an all day phone call the Service Manager called and got us scheduled to have our Jeep fixed at the dealership 3 minutes from my house with all costs being paid by Jim Shorkey but we will see because we didn't get an appointment to get it fixed until Tuesday February 23rd. So I have a new vehicle sitting in my driveway not being used. I wish the Service Department fixed there vehicles right the first time and we wouldn't have this issue!
