Wilcox plumbing was terrific! Turns out we needed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Gretchen was speedy and efficient to get us scheduled, John provided several estimates for us to consider and made the changes we requested. The crew were very professional and great to work with. They had to put in long hours because the space was not easy to work in and they needed to be creative to get the unit installed. Though it was cold and dark, Matt was polite and super-positive with a smile under his mask. We're back with heat and will try out the new air conditioner in the summer. I would highly recommend Wilcox plumbing & heating for any large or small job.

Mike and Bill were professional, courteous, and friendly. They did excellent work at a fair price. I would highly recommend this business. We had general plumbing work done and were very pleased.
We had Mike (one of the technicians) come and repair a gas shut-off valve to our dryer that was leaking. Scheduling the appointment was easy, they let us know when to expect Mike (2hr window) and he called us when he was on his way. Mike was very professional and patient with us. He identified the problem, made the necessary repairs, and that was it. Everything went as expected. Would definitely use them again.
My hot water tank started leaking and a team came out the next day to replace it! Great service at a fair price!
John Wilcox was Johnny on the spot for me when my heat went haywire over the last couple days earlier in the week. I was freezing and under four quilts haha but John came not just once he came and checked it and made sure everything was working and he took the time to call to see if everything was good. Gretchen Wilcox was so helpful to take my call and contact John immediately. It worked out for me ‼️
