This is a very very busy place- you have to redial often just to get through. The pizza is great- the Italian hoagie not so much. Bologna? Really it was awful & no dressing was included even though I asked twice.

Very good pizza to go. They also have really good Italian food and a place to eat inside.

Had white pizza. Delicious. I am usually a pepperoni red sauce guy but this was awesome. Will definitely order this again.

Horrible experience here - called at 6:08 pm and was told it would be 40 minutes for pickup. Arrived at the restaurant at 6:45 and at 7:30 I was still waiting. I went in to find out what was going on and when they had no answers other than \it's busy\ I asked for a refund. after they handed me my money back someone came over (a male manager maybe?) and said that there was no way that I was told 40 minutes as they were running at a 2 hour wait. I told him that I understood that they were busy as I also work in food service and he said \I don't think you understand but whatever\ he then packed my order right in front of me and arrogantly asked me if I wanted my food or my money back. I took my money and left - not once did anyone apologize that the wait was twice what I was told - I was basically accused of making up a time (who does that?!) and the overall attitude and lack of care was ridiculous. I understand that everyone is doing their best with the pandemic but it was majorly mishandled and no one was willing to take any ownership and apologize. I am all about supporting small businesses during this time but that doesn't make it okay to receive terrible service.

I've eaten a LOT of pizza in my life, but none better than Luciano's. I know what you're saying, but until you try it, you can never truly know what you've been missing all these years. Their pizza with red sauce is outstanding, but nothing compares to their white pizza... NOTHING! The freshness of the ingredients and the taste of the crust is just outstanding. There are several really good pizza places in The Burgh, but this is by far the best, in my humble opinion of course.
