I've never had the chance to go into the store while they were open but I got it today!! Quality is obviously the focus and not quantity. They have a nice selection but not overwhelming. I also got a piece of Guanciale to make an authentic fettuccine carbonara. LOVED IT!!

Hands down winner of the best cured meats in Pittsburgh and pretty much anywhere else in the United States. Seriously, the prosciutto here rivals the original in Parma. The key is the Berkshire pigs that Parma Sausage uses for their products. Ask one of the staff to tell you all about it. The store is clean, bright and well-stocked with many varieties of meats. This is the only I place we buy our prosciutto, salami, and sausage. You don’t need to go anywhere else. They do give tastings if necessary and can vacuum seal and ship your order anywhere in the USA. Everything here is top notch!

Me and my brother went in I got the prosciutto cut paper thin got a sample and melted in my mouth it was the best I've had ever then my brother got the capicola meat it was so good to and had none of that real Rusty stuff on the end. Only thing is there's nowhere to park so you got to walk to where ever you park at which is well worth it the prosciutto ran 19.79 a pound I didn't even ask my brother with the capicola cost cuz I was too busy eating my prosciutto well worth the money

Wonderful place. Great choice of cured meats of absolutely fantastic quality. Some of them are real Italian fashion and taste other more on the American side but all are worth a try to find your favorite ones. They also can put your order under vacuum so you can take it on a plane and have it as fresh as recently sliced.
