I recently used the services of Finn Home Inspection and found the company to be very professional. From the start Finn was easy to work with, understanding the services and cost of the home inspection. Scheduling the inspection was a breeze, they were on time. My inspector Drew is very knowledgeable and informative. Drew pointed out important deficiencies and potential issues helping me understand the property. Finn provided the report the same day. Water and radon tests took a few days to complete. Finn also provides an online flip book of the inspection. This will provide great value in when my wife and I finalize the purchase. Finn home inspection was an absolute pleasure to have do my home inspection. On time, courteous and thorough. Also very quick turnaround time to get my full inspection report. Was either later that day or the next. I will use them again 100% if the opportunity arises.
