My partner and I were trying to make the best of COVID, and went to the Finger Lakes for the first time and we wanted to tour some wineries while we were there. After a lot of research, I found Quality Wine and Brew Tours was the best value overall. Given the need to socially distance, we felt that the precautions that Quality Wine and Brew Tours has in place would keep us safe-- and we were not disappointed. Our experience was FABULOUS! We have already recommended Quality Wine and Brew Tours to several family and friends. We had a great time with Dan (our driver) and I really appreciated his approach to the wineries and his genuine interest in our opinions on the wineries. It was a pleasant surprise that Dan made reservations at all of the wineries for us. He was also a great tour guide when providing information on different parts of the Finger Lakes. As someone who is always the planner and the designated driver, it was such a relief to have someone else plan what wineries we would go to (based on what we like to drink), make the reservations, and drive us safely from one winery to the next. We are looking forward to booking with them again when we return to the Finger Lakes.
Big shout out to our driver Dave who did an excellent job on our wine tour on 12/28/26! Several observations: 1. If I were these wineries on the wine trail, I would take special care of your drivers in such that these drivers are bringing customers to their established wineries and they deserve some kind of hospitality. After all, if it weren't for your drivers, they would not get the repeat business as much as depending on customers to go blindly to their establishments. They should have some type of small lounge for them to wait on their traveling patrons in a relaxed atmosphere, and be treated as a valued patron as well. 2. Your drivers make suggestions as to what eating establishments are specific to a good experience on the wine trail, and I feel your drivers deserve to seat and eat in these eateries. After all, if it weren't for your drivers, these eateries would be missing out on business. 3. It's all about good business and keeping the well organized and deserved experience for both customers and the wineries and eating establishments. It helps to keep your economy growing and flourishing. As I said, Dave was a delight, and should be honored as a valuable employee. He had great knowledge of the area, wine industry, and made our experience magnificent! We will call on your company again in the future when we return to the Finger Lakes! Thank you
Everything was great with our wine tour! Booking with Jim was super easy. Adam was awesome as our driver and we enjoyed all the wineries we visited. We'll definitely be using you all again!
Jim, Just wanted to let you know that we had a great experience with Dave on Friday for the wine tour. He made us very comfortable, he was kind and easy going as well as knowledgeable. He made recommendations for us and we enjoyed each one. He was personable and talked with us, shared information about the area and swapped stories. He was polite, on time (even early actually) and helped us plan for the best use of the time we had. We recommended that our inn keeper add your company to the list of recommended wine tours that they provide to their guests. Thanks again
