Went to public skate a few weeks ago. Staff wasn’t very nice, women at the check in desk stared at my friends and I when we walked up to the desk and then just turned around instead of helping us. We were really confused on how to check in and had to wait 10 more minutes until someone told a young kid to “see what those people want.” Also doesn’t seem like this establishment cares about COVID safety as there were so many people on the ice it was hard to even move, felt super unsafe and left after about a half hour due to this. I know of other rinks in the area that put way more effort into monitoring the amount of people they let in and have a much kinder staff.

The facility was spotless, the management team took extra time to make sure my 3 year old son had a great time when he tried skating for the first time. The ownership has completely transformed the facility and it has a great rustic feel that makes you feel at home. I highly recommend trying out the facility. While you're there, try the coffee machine. The coffee is great!!!!
We love going here, only thing we would like different are more public skating hours. It is what it is and we will continue supporting.
