My husband and I had an amazing sunset flight with Alexandria Balloon Flights yesterday for our one year anniversary. Kevin Olsen and the crew (Brittney, Matt and their daughter Carli) were so wonderful and welcoming. Kevin was helpful and communicative throughout the planning process. Thr flight itself was incredible. So smooth and peaceful. Kevin shared his wealth of knowledge about ballooning and the views over Hunterdon County and the horizon - all the way to Philadelphia and New York City. The fall colors were spectacular as we glided above the forests and farmland, spying farm animals, deer and even a red fox. Kevin knows many of the local small airplane pilots and one gave us a show by flying around and then under our balloon. Everything was perfect down to the gentle landing. Back at the airport, Kevin presented us with a bottle of champagne and two enamel pins designed to match his balloon. I highly recommend flying with Kevin. His decades of experience make for a great flight. We did a lot of research before picking Alexandria Balloon Flights and I'm so glad we went with Kevin, who, it turns out, has trained many of the other balloon pilots in the area earning him the nickname of \Yoda\ among the ballooning community. If you're wondering who to book with - go with the master teacher.

Kevin Olsen made our balloon flight on 09/28/20 unforgettable! What I thought was just a spontaneous adventure for my 2 year anniversary turned into a proposal. The entire day was truly magical. The weather was perfect, the leaves were just starting to change color, and the views were breathtaking. Kevin allowed us to help inflate our balloon and stand inside for a photo...it was awesome! We skimmed tree tops and lowered down near the fields. We also landed in someone’s backyard and they were so welcoming! I could not have asked for a better day. Kevin even gave us two pins that represented the same balloon we were on and a bottle of champagne. This was an experience I will never forget and I highly recommend Alexandria Balloon flights. I look forward to booking another flight with them in the near future. Thank you !!!!
We had such a wonderful experience with Kevin and his crew. We saw such beautiful views of Hunterdon County and he pointed out various landmarks that we knew. With his experience, we felt very safe and it made for a very enjoyable evening. The ride was incredibly smooth and so peaceful. They also took some beautiful pictures of us that they sent to us. So worth it! We highly recommend Alexandria Balloon Flights!
What a BLASSSSST!!!!! I expected to love this experience, but it was made even better by the professional and friendly staff at Alexandria Flights. Kevin the pilot is always happy and exudes confidence. We felt safe and well taken care of. He took us up, and down and all around and let 4 crazy lively females take tons of pix. I want to do it again!!!!
