Matt is super easy to talk to and do business with, and even returned my call from his person cell after hours. The prices are very competitive with the big outfits in New York and the personal follow-up is far superior to them. My most recent purchase was a Canon lens, which was back-ordered (out of their control). I received a reassuring message that they had not forgotten about me while I waited, a phone call the day they received the lens from Canon, and another message to let me know when it would be delivered and who the carrier would be. What more could you ask for from an internet retailer?
