I went to buy a trailer here recently. I took a look at it and paid for it, planning to come back and grab it in the evening. When I came back to get it, I noticed some issues with it when it came time to pick it up. Instead of trying to say “you already bought it” or being difficult in any way, they immediately offered me a refund. They took it back to send to their home yard to get fixed and fit for sale. They didn’t try and pressure me into something else to make a quick buck, they put my satisfaction as a customer first. Lynn was a real sweet lady, very polite and helpful. The guy working in there, I didn’t catch his name, but he was also very helpful and eager to resolve the issue. Even though I didn’t get the trailer from them, my experience was a good one and I can say without a doubt that their customer service is top notch.
