Parts department is horrible. I needed a hose. I gave then a year and model of a John Deere excavator. Gave them the length and showed then a picture of the hose on the equipment. They ordered it. It was wrong. They said they can't do anything about it and i should get the hose somewhere else or have them try to order again.
