I’ve had 4 job coaches in 6 months. The first one, Courtney, was awesome and really knew what she was doing. She had an interview for me almost every week. Then the company moved her to another position. Second job coach was Cassie. In 5 weeks I had 5 meetings scheduled with her and she only showed up for 1. So I called her boss and asked for another job coach and in took them 2 months to find one. Complete waste of time. Job coach 3 was Tanya. She seemed like she knew what she was doing and she got me a few interviews but then the company moved her. On to job coach number 4: Lucretia. From the very start it was apparent that she had no idea what she was doing. She only applies to 1 or 2 jobs at a time, is almost always late to meetings and doesn’t take criticism very well nor does her boss. This company wasted six months of my life. TL;DR: don’t waste your time. Your better off trying to find a job on your own.

Oh mine they needed to be out of business, they neither care about the clients nor the employees. This company does not treat black folks fairly! There is unequal pay in the system and no room for growth!

Tierra Peterson a housing access coordinator from this company was to help me find housing and so far has been useless and literally falling asleep during meetings with me. I can only suggest that if someone wants competent help that one should not call this company. Find someone else.

I've been with this company for a long time. I love my ILS staff. Their boss is a nice lady as well., always picks up the phone when I call with problems.
