I am a service provider of maintenance for Crescendo. The Executive Director Dale is very professional and knows her trade. I find working with William the Maintenance Director and his staff a joy. The facility is modern, clean and well kept. It is located in a quiet neighborhood setting yet close to local services and freeways. Having worked for many communities through the years, I find they are one of the better ones.

can’t say enough wonderful things about Crescendo. During the Summer my sister and I became faced with taking care of our 88 year dad. We were doing it all, plus both working full time. I had the pleasure of being introduced to Charley who explained to me the different options that Crescendo offered for Assisted Living. There was never any pressure. He would check in on “Dad”, to see how everything was going. I always appreciated his calls. Last month we felt that our Father was ready for the transition. We have been so pleased with the whole experience. Charley, Dawn, and Dale make an amazing team! My Father recently moved into a deluxe studio and he loves his apartment! Thank you to all who care for him!

Pleased with the cleanliness of the property and friendly staff. Charles and Dawn were awesome when we were faced with making a quick decision to move my father-in-law into the property. The communication was great in the beginning but shortly after moving my father-in-law in we've had to make multiple calls for the same request not sure if this is due to Covid.

We have been very pleased with the care our mother has received at Cresendo. They have met all her needs and she is content. We have been especially impressed with the admin and staff at Cresendo during these COVID times. Communication has been very good every step of the way.

My father was admitted to Memory Care a week ago and it was quite a process due to COVID limitations. Charles and Dawn were successful problem solvers as we dealt with each challenge. Dawn's knowledge and expertise paved the way for my Dad to be in the best room and location possible to serve his needs. Since visiting is still limited, we have to trust that he is being well cared for and I'm grateful to report that we have that trust which is a huge gift for not only my Dad but for his family. This choice was well worth the challenges getting him there. Thank you Charles, Dawn, Dale, and the Memory Care staff.
