F250 Truck had bed damage. It was repaired right and on time. Friendly people too. I really liked that while the estimate was being entered i could watch on a customer screen. When i dropped the truck off, I mentioned id like them to look at why the passenger door needed to be slammed to shut (this had been a pain for years) and they adjusted it to perfection at no charge. I also added paintless dent repair on hood which came out perfectly too. I prefer to shop local as much as i can and should the need arise i will use this shop again.

Family owned, they will help with deductibles if they can. Deva and Misty are awesome. They work for the customer and make sure the insurance company does what they need to do. In a word where those chain body shops are taking over (Calliber, Service King, etc) it's nice to find a local place that will treat you like family. They usually have rental cars on site so you can just sign and drop your car and get those repairs taken care of. Don't let your insurance company tell you where to go for your repairs, take your car to Hangtown and they will take care of you, explaining the repair process as it goes on. Owner has a smash-car at the countu fair every year in which proceeds go towards local nonprofit MORE Rehab.
